Confirmed Service Customer
First off I am certain that Bergstrom mechanics do not deserve a one star as I am happy with their work. However, the Service Advisor, Mr. Chang, is the worst I have ever dealt with. I came in with an issue of the interior recirculation fan making noise - he inspected it with the cabin doors open, turned the fan to full & proceeded to tell me this is how fan noise is supposed to be. After starting to help another customer while I was in his area then was uncalled for, and then informed me that if I turned my radio up I would not have the noise issue. I will never deal with Mr. Chang again. Bergstrom GMC should hire individuals with superior customer care, let alone having a clue how to diagnose a customer automobile issue.
