I felt the relentless pressure from your salesmen Steve Carlson to purchase extended coverage. was over the top. This would discourage me from future purchases from Bergstrom. Furthermore, I would not direct others to Bergstrom because of this high-pressure tactic. When Steve was not getting his way with us, he got contentious to the point we almost walked away.
